Refund Policy
Overview
Blipshot Media provides professional video editing and post-production services. All services are custom-created based on client specifications and requirements.
Payment & Cancellation
Before Work Begins: Cancellations requested before editing starts are eligible for a full refund (minus any platform fees). Cancellation must be made in writing.
After Work Begins: Once editing has commenced, the project becomes non-refundable. A 50% cancellation fee applies if you choose to cancel mid-project.
Revisions & Quality
All projects include revision rounds as specified in your agreement. We deliver production-ready files. If the final deliverable does not meet industry standards due to our error, we will re-do the work at no additional cost.
Delivery & Turnaround
Delivery dates are estimates. Delays beyond our control (client-provided footage issues, software failures, connectivity issues) may extend timelines. We communicate any delays in advance.
